Stephanie, our powerhouse of an conditioning Instructor will be leading you in an 4 week series that will push you to use your strength to make beautiful shapes. This is not a choreographed series. You will be learning new shapes that you will add to your own freestyle, your own creativity. Lets see how strong you have gotten . Class size is limited.
