Let's explore spin pole. You thought pole was fun, wait til you try it on Spin mode. In this 4 week series you will be learning the fundamentals of spinning pole, tricks, transitions and more. Pole boots are required, if you wear a size 7 or 8, we do have some you may barrow. ( first come first serve ) Class size is limited. Must pre-register online to attend.
