Lets learn how to use a spinning pole. Yes, the pole spins. You will be learning how to control your speed, pole poses, climbs and spinning pole tricks. If you tend to get dizzy easily, we suggest getting some of the ginger candy to suck on to help with that during class. Class size is limited and you MUST wear approved Pole Boots. Nothing with embellishments on them or buckles. We suggest Pleasers brand. We do have some you can use but sizes are limited and are first come first serve.
