Lets get back to the basics ladies. This aeries is for all levels to freshen up on some of the basics that are preventing you from getting some of your tricks. As you move up in levels or take pole breaks, some times we forget the simplest of key moves. Even your pole sit can completely change the out come of a pole trick. Lets revisit and freshen up our clean lines, pointed toes, layouts and variations, pole sits, dismoubts to make them look pretty again, where your points of contact are, why you keep loosing your hand grips and fix some issues of clearing the pole and balancing & transferring your weight to one side of the pole from the other.
