Must already be in level 1 or have previously taken level 1 Struggling with your inverted Bam & chopper ? 4 week series that will focus ONLY on inverting. Don't be a hooker and hook that leg and stop doing the Toe-pedo and trying to latch on by that big toe. Lets get your fundamentals down so you will not be Struggling.
