Get ready for a new experience. Monday mornings in October at 10am. Beginners with no experience are welcomed & encouraged Start your day with confidence, movement, and feminine energy. This class blends sensual choreography, fluid transitions, and self-expression in a supportive environment while you reconnect with your feminine power. Choreography designed to build confidence, grace, and body awareness. Now imagine yourself behind a lighted screen making the most beautiful shapes on the pole. No experience needed Heels are encouraged. Class meets once a week for an hour at 10am for 4 weeks This class size is extremely limited due to the number of shadow dance screens that you will be dancing behind while using the pole.
