4 week class series on spinning pole . You will learn an easy to follow trap music routine on spin mode Class size is limited. Must pre-register online to attend. You will be learning what and how different parts of your body makes the pole spin, how to hold your body weight on the pole making beautiful shapes a s learning cool tricks.
