Service Description

Utilizing the lower portion of the pole , Low-Flow pole class is aimed at teaching you how to move seamlessly around the base of the pole in a sensual, fluid manner. To further develop your "flow" musicality and timing will be taught. Suitable for ALL LEVELS. No experience is required. Drop in class only available on Sundays in September.
