Service Description
Floorwork is also a major element in pole dancing. Learning to transition from the pole to the floor, using the pole with different types of floor tricks, learning shoulder rolls and lots more to the end of the series learning a routine. Heels are required,please do not wear anything that is tight or restricts your body from moving freely. Knee pads are recommended if you have the tender knees.
