Service Description

Here you will be learning differnt grips of Handsprings and Ayeshas and entries. Including from the Floor and on top of the Pole. Using Twisted Grip, Cup Grip and Elbow Grips. 8 Week Series that you will be taking it slow so you can master these moves. You will not have class week of Thanksgiving.
