Limited time & class size is extremely limited. We have brought the silk Hammocks back out and created an Aerial Fusion series for you ladies. 8 week series that involves you and an silk hammocks suspended from the ceiling at a low height where you will be using muscles you never knew you had. Using the apparatus as a workout tool that mixes yoga and conditioning all in 1 only to be followed by learning how to slink your body around in the air while learning a choreographed aerial dance. This is a beginners series , No experience is required. Not suitable for higher skill levels. * Please be sure to wear yoga pants and a tank top.
