Level: Beginners-AGGRESSIVE
Length: 4 Weeks
Class Description:
This is an Aggressive Beginners Level Pole Class.
You will be learning Intermediate Pole Moves and
Spins, Pole Climbing, Inverts ( Up Side Downs ) &
Booty Work, all the while Dancing to the latest Rock N
Hip Hop & Remixes.
This class is NOT strictly for Adult Entertainers, It is
for ladies who want more out of a Pole Dance Class.
You will be 1 of Only 6 Ladies in your Class, to give
you more 1 on 1 time with your Instructor, You will
never have to share your dance pole with another
student!
Must preregister online to ensure your spot in class.
What to Wear:
Shorts, Hot Shorts, Boy Shorts, No thongs, No Nudity
Tank top, or T-shirt, Heels with straps around the
ankles or Boots. Boots are encouraged if you lack
upper body strength for climbing.
