Do not bring a pair of heels for any Cardio Pole Fitness Classes you will need a pair of sneakers or tennis shoes.

All other pole dance classes we encourage you to bring a pair of heels with straps around the ankles, a pair of shorts,
T-shirt to change into at the studio for your class.

No Men, No Spectators , No Thongs, No Nudity

Ladies who have the Cardio Pole Memberships may only attend the Cardio Pole Fitness Classes.

Ladies who have the unlimited Membership may attend all classes EXCEPT for the Video Vixen & 4 & 6 wk Pole dance
class series, but MAY attend the Girls Saturday Pole dancing Night Out for Only $10 however friends who attend with
you MUST pay the full amount .
